New Wheels and Tires, not sure if they fit

I was looking at tirerack.com at some new tires and wheels. They have sort of a help system for checking what will fit on the car, I just want someone knowledgable to check thier answers. I am trying to get away with this on the cheap and would buy used if I could find a set of 18"s and tires for cheaper than this website.

Wheels:

They have 18 inch packages of rims and tries on special starting at $825....check it out, that is where I got my 18's... hope this helps you out!

either the wheels/tire or the group, Herschel, I just want to know if those size rims and tires will fit, not real up on the offsets and all of that required for a proper wheel fit, in attiton with the width of the tires I don't want them sticking way out and looking ridiculous, just cool hehe

also if I put a 2 inch drop on this thing with some lowering springs ($189 online) the 18"s would still fit correct? If you guys have any sub $200 springs that you like could you post a link to those as well?

I found two really good buy it now deals on ebay.....check it out...the 18's I run are 225/40 ZR 18's-Kuhmo Ecsta Supra's

that second set of springs says it lowers 2.75 in front and 3.25 in back, is that too far? will I need to get new shocks and/or struts to compesate for lower than 2 inches?
