Default vibration in steering

Just installed new wheels and tires, cv axles, brakes, rear shocks, and had the alignment done. I never drove the car before because I purchased it after a wreck.

I'm getting a vibration around 50+ mph. I can feel a slight vibration in the seat bottom and a heavy vibration in the steering wheel.

Took the wheels back for a second road force balance, this did not change a thing. The A arms look good with no visible worn bushings. The watts link needs to be replaced, but other than that I don't know whats causing this vibration. Any suggestions?

Just a thought and not really a cause of what you're describing but I suggest you check out your motor/torque mounts.

This would normally cause vibration at idle though, and can lead to a slight 'clunk' feel especially when leaving from a stop. Doesn't hurt to check out and it's easy as hell to replace both upper and lower.

I posted a video of how to do the upper (did it on my old GT) and the lower is just as easy, but requires removing the tire/rim as well as the plastic fender underneath.

PS For the upper, it'll be easier/different on the turbo models however I did it the same way with some moving/slight struggling on an N/A model.

I just replaced the engine a few weeks back and replaced all of the mounts.

Put the front end up on jack stands, start it, put it in gear, and see what you see. Doing this enabled me to see a very slightly bent hub.

Got it up on the stands. I cannot feel any free play in the hubs, by pulling the wheels back and forth. When I put it into gear, it looks like the front pass wheel does not roll straight. At 40-50 mph on the stands, the wobble is back and it seems to come from the pass front tire....so do I have a bad tire or a bad hub?

The wheels are new and the tires have been balanced.

Make sure the little pin is removed from the factory that holds the rotor on because if left on, just that little pin between the rim and hub can cause a shimmy with highway speeds on aftermarket wheels.

The rotor clips have been removed, way before this started happening. I don't think that the hub is a job that I want to do myself. Looks like I will send it to the shop next week.

The passenger side hub was bent. I took the opportunity to replace the a arms on both sides as well. After getting it back together, I still have some vibration on the highway but it is a day and night difference from what I had before.

My next step is to replace the struts and get it aligned. Any thoughts?

Considered that, according to two tire shops the tires are fine.
