Default Suspect tie rods

I have a noise over bump thats been driving me nuts. I can hear it and even feel it in the gas pedal. Replaced torsion bar links, checked lower control arm bushings. I suspect now its the tie rods now since I noticed a noise moving the steering wheel back and forth with the car not running. I had the wifee moved the wheel and I grabbed a tire. noise went away. So I suspect either inner or outer tie rods.
