Default control arm bushings

I went in to the dealership to get an oil changed and they suggested to have the left and right rear vertical control arm bushings w/ front stabilizer control arm link pins replaced due to them starting to come out of the sleeves or something. What exactly is this that I have to replace and is it a decent diy job? dealer wants 462 plus the cost of an alignment for it.
