Default Replacement shocks.

So, any advice on replacement shocks? I've tried to find the Tokico blues but they only seem to be on Ebay who I refuse to deal with on account of being burnt so many times. I've read that Koni yellows are good.

Soon (money and wife permitting) PTeazer front fascia w/ retro grill, power cowl hood and rear rollpan. In the back of my mind: Kenne Bell Optimizer II (If I can find one).

I'm thinking I need 2 new front struts. It looks as if it's cheaper for me to order 4 from the US than get 2 from the UK!

CREWZIN - are your tokico struts the same as these or are yours different since your car is lowered? I'm considering lowering mine if I need to buy 4 shocks - mot time soon!

First, the American cars had 2 struts in the front, 2 shocks in the rear.

The Tokico Blues are the same ones I bought and they are made for lowered cars. One reason why i bought them. I lowered first, then changed to the Blues because I couldn't stand the harsh ride. They didn't get it back to being soft, but it definitely helped.

Just an FYI, many of the web sites drop ship from Tokico. The front struts are currently on back order. You may want to try eBay and check feedback carefully.

I decided on a set of KYB's because I'm using stock springs. I found the fronts cheap on Amazon @ $40 ea.

I'd 2nd that- Look for 100% feedback and you can't go wrong.

IDK if there's Knoi for PT's, they were the thing for Neons, even used in the factory racers (ACR)

Yep they fed me that same line when I wanted some, however many sites still advertised they had them, and let you place orders for them.

They then kept my money for a period then "refunded" them.

Shock warehouse has Bilsteins listed too, they are pricey 780 a set of 4 but are supposed to be good struts/shocks.
