Default quick question

I am looking at getting a pair of 16x7.5 rims with a 35mm offset. However i am only going to put a set of 205/55r16s on them. I know i should get some different tires but right now i have a bent rim. So i need to get that fixed ASAP, i will get new tires later. I am wondering if those tires on those rims will fit with no rubbing issues. I have a 2001 PT cruiser ltd. I need to order these ASAP so please just let me know if they will fit with or without rubbing. I will add tires later.

All of that are fine. The main thing is that the bolt pattern is 5x100.

Another slight thing to look for is the center bore of the rims. Our hub's are 57.1, so if the center bore is larger you can just get hubcentric rings.

Another question i have is this, Will having one tire on one rim stretched change the ride? I am asking because i can only get 1 rim now. I know it is going to look goofy but my family was just in a fire and lost everything but the car. Then the rim gets bent and the car wont drive till its replaced. To get a rim locally is crazy expensive. I like the style of rims i am ordering from tire rack but i can only get 1 now cause of money. So i was wondering if 16x7.5 would make a difference on a car with 3 other stock rims.

Sorry to hear about your tragedy!

Oh ok, so basically you're reusing your stock tire to mount on the replacement rim? Having one stretched tire would probably make a difference I would think with the alignment. I think it would be somewhat lump-sided since a stretch can alter the overall diameter of the tire as the sidewalls are, well, stretched.

I almost wanna say to look for someone selling stock steelies or other stock sets for cheap or separately.

Yeah i am reusing a stock tire on a replacement rim. To reorder a stock rim is expensive plus i need to replace the other rims too as the chrome is really pitting. That doesnt look bad at all for stretch. its not near like the 16x9 rims. That stretch is insane. This is the rim i ended up ordering.

Hell yeah that's nice!

If it isn't the case, I would put the new rim in the rear because there might be a weight difference.

Wow you guys agree with me. lol i was waiting to get harassed about my picks. I do love them though and i cant at all complain about the price from tire rack. The tire is going in the back. That just happens to be where the flat was anyway.
