Default Wheel cover removal?????

I just purchased a 204 Touring addition. Had to change out the drivers door and fender.
I noticed the rims seem to have a plastic cover - can these be removed and replaced? They are not "hubcaps" they seem anchored to the rim- Help!

I am currently cleaning up the front suspension and rust proofing everything I can get a brush on.

So far only noticed two issues/concerns - while in reverse I hit a small bump - rear passenger side window went down(power window) - the light for the gas gauge is out.

I like the look and rides OK - any suggestions on whether or not to lower the vehicle - how much - why not?

Thanks

If these are stock you have to remove 3 lug nuts to remove them... Which ones? Well look at the lug nuts. 3 will have the plastic extending behind them while the others will just be a hole

Thanks - but - the covers are not in any way held on by the lugs

Thats the first thing I looked for. The plastic only goes as far in as it takes to plug in the center caps(about half inch or so).

With Dill on that. Need pics. No PT wheel works that way. Maybe chrome separating?

I will try to post a picture tomorrow - Thanks. Its definitely a plastic/chrome cap on wheel type - not hub cap. I never saw one quite like these either - they are Chrysler stamped. The guy I bought it from was the first owner - his original title showed 110 miles at delivery.
Thanks

Many options out there

Personally with your year and model I would just replace the front and rear springs.

That is what we did with the wife's Touring Pt along with replacing rims and tires.

You could spend way too much money on bags or coilovers, but it hardly seems worth it imho.

Good luck, yes lets see some pics!

Far as lowering your ride depends on weather you can tolerate dragging the noise more than you do now.
