They should have been stock on the GTs and were an option that could be ordered on the others.

My 08 Touring came with disc brakes on all four wheels. Not sure if it was an option or not. Will have to go back and check window invoice to verify.

having never driven a PT with rear drum brakes I can't say... but the disks do look alot better behind the wheels than drums.

I have 4 wheel disc on my 02 Dream Cruiser. I change the front rotors over to slot and drill hole rotors with dust free brake pads. It's stop a hole lot faster and smother. I painted the calipers (GOLD) and around bottom rim of the rotor were the wheel is mounted too the rotors, and got some chrome tire stem caps off of eBay that has PT logo in gold, It looks so good I'm planning on doing the rear disc too. The PT Dream or (GOLD DUST) I call her is coming together. Now some window/sunroof vents and a rear spoiler wing and I'm going too paint it chrome YES! my wife think I'm into this car to much so I got her a new cross over SUV. Now she happy When momma happy we all are happy. (And there no need for her too drive my car.)
