Default New brakes

I'm looking for a little advise here. I replaced the front brakes on my '03, and there is a noise coming from the front brakes. There is some slight contact of the pad to the rotor. Everything seems to be installed correctly, and the rotors have also been replaced. I am thinking the pads will wear down, and the noise will disappear. Does this sound right? They are O'Reilly brand brakes, Brakebest, if that makes a difference.

Quality is also an issue- pads could be dimensioned different that OE, or whomever made the last set.
Obviously, this shouldn't be.
So the pad may be rubbing on a little spot of rust that wasn't covered by old pad-

I have seen pads- No lie- That weren't installed correctly and dragged on rotor's 'hat' area ...
Walking through junkyards 'learns one up' really quickly on what can be done wrong to a car!
I've also seen calipers that didn't have bolts in, or leading edge of caliper wasn't under abutment, that came loose and (thank God) dragged inside of wheel-
One was on a large straight truck!!!

I think your own judgement on if it's installed correctly is best, if you have doubts, post up a pic- I know Crewzin can spot common mistakes that I'm not familiar with

Thanks, Uptown, here are some pics. You can see where the pad has some slight contact with the rotors.

Ooops! Sorry! Thought you'd just stuck 'em on an uncut rusty rotor and new friction was hitting rust.

I THINK Crewzin used to point to the little tab thingy's between caliper and abutment, NOT familiar with this brake system in detail- So perhaps he can spot it

I don't see anything wrong, and with new disks and new pads, the pistons have to be compressed to max, and some contact of pad to disk is expected - by the time you break the pads in (slow from 40 to 20 easily about 10-15 times) the contact should be gone.
