Default A brake question
At 26,000 miles I have been told, by the dealer, I need to have my brakes redone. Rather than pay the $186 the Chrysler folk ask I would rather do it myself, but when I went to Auto Zone, they found brake parts listed for the 2002 PT but NOT for the 2003. I just want to make sure the pads are the same for both years cars. I need both front and rear brakes redone.

Well, I personally don't care for Auto Zone, have you tried Advance Auto? Also check Tire Rack (http://www.tirerack.com).

If you have a PT GT the brake pads are different.

Quite sure only GT has different brakes.
Try PartsAmerica.Com - I got Raybestos ceramic pads from them - work great, now have over 30,000 miles on pads, and NO DUST!.
