Question Is caster adjustable?

I've seen many references to camber adjustment kits (basically a special bolt going into the strut assembly) but I don't see any mention of how to adjust caster on a PT Cruiser?

Is it possible to adjust the caster on a 2007 PT Cruiser?

Yes, it is. Toe in/out, and Caster/camber are all adjustable with apparent ease. There are Camber Kits out there that are bolt sets that allow you to make minor adjustments to both caster and camber. Just for grins (now I don't buy from these guys) you can see some of the kits here.

Notice how the bolts are flattened, that allows you space to adjust your camber.

Now over on SRT forums there is a thread on PT caster adjustments, but I've not followed up on it.

You can buy a "shim" kit - they allow you to do minor adjustments to caster, and they can also be used for Toe adjustments, depending on how they are used. When I dropped my PT, I didn't just have my front end aligned, I also bought some shim kits, one for all four wheels, and had the alignment done, then turned in about 5 degrees of caster to allow me to hold corners much better. Ended up being about 4 degrees, and I've been amazed at how well this thing corners. I mean like it's on rails.

I'm actually looking to get less caster to lighten up the steering a bit.

At this point I'm going to get an alignment done and see what the actual numbers are and then go from there.

That kit Chrome mentions has eccentric bushings for LCA rear.

People also made adjustable upper strut mounts- But usually in conjunction with coilovers
