Default Brake kit

Hi, I have been saving up to get new rims and new brakes for my 02' Cruiser. Planning on getting 17s, what type of brake kit should I get? Thanks!

milPT, welcome to the forum. Are you looking for a brake upgrade or just for discs?

Hi, Thanks for the welcome. I have been reading here for a long time now, just decided to join the group. Looking for all new brakes, like disk brakes to replace the stock set on my 02' so they look good with the rims I plan on getting and most of all for the better performance. I really don't know too much about brake kits, just looking for suggestions.

maybe stainless steel brakes corp. may have something in the pipe line for your pt. i don't see a rear brakes conversion for the rear, but maybe soon. they do have them for the front. they sell a good product.
