Default `01 swaybar to `05 Cruiser?

I have an `01 Touring Edit, 2.4 non turbo. Picked up an `05 2.4 non turbo Touring Edit. Would it be an easy swap to remove the front swaybar from the `01 and install it in the `05 ? Thanks for any info.

All the anti-sway bars from all Cruisers are interchangeable with any other Cruiser, stock or aftermarket.

What 2step said and

I believe they are all the same size as we!!? You might want to measure them before going to the trouble of dealing them?
Now if you meant to say your 01 has rear sway bar, the by all means get it pulled and installed on your 05!

You can, but why? They are the same.
Now the rear would make more sense, because the '01 has one and the '05 doesn't.

I brought the `05 home and it's sitting in the yard with 1 1/2 feet of snow covering it. I thought the `05 Touring did not have the FRONT swaybar. Too cold to check at the present time.

I would be surprised to learn that there was any model PT that did not come factory equipt with a front anti-roll bar? At close to 4000lbs and most on the front it is almost a given that PT's need the front anti-roll bar.
