Default Suspension checks

New guy 2005 base 5spd convertible 52,000 miles. Been searching the sight for a few days trying to find the "how to check" on all the suspension components. I know they have to be here, but I have only found sway bar links so far. I was looking for a comprhensive list of suspension parts and how to check them. I just got the car and I want to check everything that I can.
Any tips on how to search the site more efficiently for specific things, or links would be appreciated. I have found the stickies, but not one that answers how to check the individual suspension components.
Thanks in advance for any help

Try 'LCA question' in this section for rear control arm bushing pictures. Excellent job of posting.

Other info can be gotten from a repair manual like haynes. You will need a jack and jackstands etc.
