Default watts link

How long are they supposed to last? I bought my car with 62k on it with a bad one, replaced it right away and now at 90k the damn thing is started to rattle on me again. Is there a better one then the oem one from the stealership that might last longer?

Maybe the tie rod that is on the rods is bad and you could replace that. Also the spare tire rack gets lose and rattles to. Just some other possibility's.

hmm didn't think of the tie rod.I will check that tomorrow. I removed the spare tire cage to diagnose the issue so that is not rattling and I can move the rods connected to the watts link with my hand so I can tell its going bad.

To be clear I am assuming that you replaced the bell crank and not the watts link assembly right? If you replaced the assembly you would have replaced 10 parts.
Not surprising that it is showing indication of watts link wear. The engineering as well the finished manufactured parts "suck" for proper clearance. Most owners and shops only replace the bell crank alone instead of the hardware and bar ends?
