Default $400 for camber bolt install??????

I have 2007 Limited, turbo. Have never had a problem with front tire wear due to camber out of spec. In fact, my front tires wear is what I would consider damn fine!
Regardless, took car to mechanic for front and rear align. He calls back with a laundry list of repairs in the neighborhood of $1500. I just want an alignment. Says Chrysler doesn't have camber adjust and it would need camber bolts to do it....for only $400.

Seriously? Is that a reasonable amount to pay? (In the Los Angeles area)

The camber bolts are about $25, look it up on Google....

They take the place of the bottom bolt of each strut and adjust the camber accordingly.

Find a mechanic that's not out to take a vacation on your dine.

If they gouge like that on everything take a road trip. Tell them you will get back to them and then don't.
