Default Bargain set of alloys for my PT! Happy Cruiser!

Think someone was smiling on me today when I found a set of 17" Ace Manta Alloys on a cruiser someone was breaking on eBay. Paid 200 without even seeing them. I know it was a risk but my god... It paid off! Just been to collect them and hey are in excellent condition, three wheels are like new, one wheel has a couple of tiny scuffs. Two tyres have 6-7mm tread, one has 3-4mm tread and one is as bald as me!!! Too late to clean them up tonight but a nice weekend project! What do you think?

I'll post pics once cleaned up...

Good for you! I did the same for mine and after mourning the loss of my factory GTmags was happy to find a deal out there.... I see why the wife digs shopping ( other than the fact she spends my money ! ) LOL

I was originally looking for a cheap set to put on while I refurbished my factory alloys but after spotting these, may well leave them on permanently and just keep the originals for winter use. Can't wait to clean them up tomorrow to see exactly what needs doing...

Any thoughts on two tone paint on my factory alloys? Was thinking of doing the rim bright silver and the spokes in a gunmetal silver... Anyone seen this done???
