Default Do 19 x 9,5 wheels with offset 30 fit the PT Cruiser ?

There's a nice set like this for sale for only 500 ($650) incl tyres. But I don't know if 9,5" wide wheels fit the PT. Has anyone ever seen these size on a PT Cruiser ?

Well, my concern is about the width. 19" will not be a problem.

You need more info like what is the offset? What size tires are mounted or are you planning to mount? My guess is you can run a 9.5 rim on the back axle (with the proper offset) but probably not in front unless you have coilovers.

Ah so. You found the hidden clue, Sherlock.

That wide of a wheel at that offset, puts the outside edge of the wheel (and a tire without an extreme stretch) over 2" farther to the outside of the fender
.......and about 1.375" closer inside to the front strut. It would be a large miracle if they fit.
