Default 18x8 rims what tire size best

I am wondering what the best tire size for a 18x8 rim is i am going to get new tires and make tire kingdom pay for them the ones they put now are to small and we are rolling the edges so bad that one tire is already showing cords. The rest of the tread is fine they told us this tire was fine but it is not so what size does anyone else have for this size rim????

dfunkdj, you didn't say what size tires you have on the rims now. Go to the following links and you can compare tire sizes.

http://www.dakota-truck.net/TIRECALC/tirecalc.html

http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html

You should stay within 3% of the orginal tire size.

Just remember the lower the profile the harsher the ride and the more of a chance of a bent rim if you have potholes in your area.

Heed that caution! I have stock rims, hit a pothole and cracked a rim! [xx(]
