springs, coilovers or airbags.

Or you could just take off the tires and sit it on the ground, that would lower it too

Lowering springs are the cheapest most effective way...Different brands have a different effect on the drop...Here is an example http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tein-01-06-C...904755&vxp=mtr ...1.5 inch lowering front...2.0 rear...The rears are a snap to change...Less than an hour...Unhook bottom shock bolts and yank em' out...The fronts however are more involved...The strut assemblies have to come out and you need a spring compressor to change them...Might as well replace the top strut bearings while it's apart...Of course you will need an alignment after all of this...The camber will just stay in spec with a 1.5 drop...A reputable repair shop will charge around 150~200 to do the fronts

I agree with ViperGTS - I did the 1.5 front, 2" rear using H&R custom springs, made in Germany, powder-coated in silver to match my PT. Along with that, Tokico blue's for shocks and struts, plus shaved down my body bumpers so that I wouldn't hit on them too hard.

Now over time, those levels have lowered another half inch - front now is around 2.25" lower and rear is around 2.5" lowered, and with the Tokico shocks and struts, riding is very comfortable.

Sadly, you can't get the custom H&R's anymore, they only sell their regular ones here in the states, thankfully when I ordered mine from their factory I got them well made, 2mm thicker than the US ones, but they were $255 and you can buy the US one's for half that price.
