Default Dreamer wheels, early/late

Will the 16" Dreamer 1 wheels fit the Dreamer 2 Turbo cars?

All factory wheels including the 15" steels will fit a GT.

That is what I thought but something clicked in my mind about the Turbo calipers being much larger than non-turbo calipers and there ain't much clearance between my wheels and the calipers.
I haven't been able to find a set of 4 matching stock steel 15" wheels at my local pickapart, some have round end slots, some have holes, some have square end slots, some have have different patterns of holes or slots.

The caliper is slightly wider not taller.

I put early Dreamer wheels in 16" on my daughter's GT with no issues.
Cheaper tires, better ride, more rim protection vs 17".

Uhhhh...it was easier for my grandkids to say Dreamer than Dream Cruiser so that is what it is in our household and likely will remain so. Thank you for pointing that out to those who don't have the medallion on the rear deck to read.
