Default Tie Rod Normal?

I was doing my brake and decided to check my tie rod. This is my passenger side, are they supposed to swivel this much? I went back and checked my driver side and it seemed the same.

No up-down play, just the swivel. Thanks. It's got 106K, so I figured I'd check.
