Default 15" Rim/Wheel size for 03' PT ?

Hi all! You are always so helpful!
I'm wanting to purchase some steel rims for my '03 Turbo for the winter. What wheel size should I be getting. I know I need a 5X100 bolt pattern, but I know there are other measurements I should be looking out for. Can anyone tell me what they are? I don't know anything about this kind of stuff, but I'm hoping to purchase used to save a few bucks, so I'll need to know. Thanks!

15" steel pt wheels will fit all Pt cruisers. Not sure of the offset measurements of the stock wheels.

I'm not sure what "high positive offset" means, but here's a reference chart.

Chrysler _ Vehicle Bolt Pattern Reference

2005 Touring n/a - Cool Vanilla with J&J vertical billet grille, PTeazer tail lights, Chrome wheels and Baby Moons.
