Default Question about energy suspension LCA bushing install

So I picked up an energy suspension master kit for $60 to replace my control arm bushings. I am replacing the endlinks, front sway bar bushings, and putting in the torque mount inserts while I have the front torn apart.

I took the drivers side off today. The rear vertical bushing just fell out while removing the control arm. I burned out the front bushing. The new front assembly process is easy. The rear has me confused though. In this thread it looks like the internal sleeve is being inserted from the bottom. In the diagram from energy suspension it appears as it should go in from the top. Can any one clarify which direction it goes? The old bushings have the internal sleeve being inserted from the top.

My suggestion is to use the rest of the kit if you want, but install Moog problem solvers (sphericals) on the verticals. Much, much better idea and product.

Best I can find. It goes in from the top.

It goes in from the top just like in the ES diagram. In ExtrmDC2's thread, he has the control arm upside down on the bench, but is installing the sleeve from the top side of the control arm.
