Default Are these really PT alloys?

And if so, for 50 quid I like the look of them. Now, I know they are scuffed but so are my current ones which I won't pay to fix as I do not like them, but these, how would i correct the scuffs all over them?

They are not stock wheels.
Are they painted?
There are places that refinish wheels - If they aren't chromed or painted, they could be buffed.

sell your current ones, clean these ones up, hey why not find a lower profile tire for them, which in my opinion looks better. what are they ? 60's ? 50 or lower in my book would compliment the rims and the car. IMHO

I really do like the look of them. I was thinking of buying 4 new ones but it is pricey.

I have just had a couple of new tyres on my current wheels but hey, who cares lol.

This is what they say about these

set of 4 alloy wheels to fit PT Crusier

195/65R 15

Metal Type: Aluminium
Tyre Width: 195 Rim Diameter: 16
Aspect Ratio: 65 Number of Studs: 5

Something is wrong - they are either 15 or 16, not both...
