Default Front End Noise While Driving

BigAng now has a rotational "woo woo woo" noise from 15-65 MPH. Seems to go away during left turns/curves. Any help would be much appreciated!

Would it be better to replace the complete half shaft rather than just the bearing? Thanks for the input LionPT!
