Default Control arm noise question

I had new control arms put on and no more clunking but now have a noise issue. I hear it when going up to 30mph and slowing down to around that speed. My mechanic said swap the two front tires. I was thinking why am I doing it since I paid him. LoL I didn't think it would help which it didn't and now have another noise. Can the control arms cause some kind of noise if not installed correctly? If not weird that this noise started right after he installed the arms. I did have some issues putting on my brakes but the noies aren't when breaking. Also have another noise that is probably belt related. So I'm full of noises. Haha

Not sure if these pictures might show anything that doesn't look right. I just took these today when I switched the two front wheels.

We will need to know more about what the sound is like. Can you take a video?

I can try and take a video tomorrow but it's not that loud so not sure if it will pick up. It's hard to explain the noise seems to happen when I pick up speed and then slow down. Hard to figure out where I'm hearing it from. It's just not as quiet ride as before.

Tried to record the noise but picked up some other noises. I had a issue with the right caliper when I did brakes. I wonder if that could be causing it.

The low moaning that changes with speed sounds like a wheel bearing to me. It might be the caliper. But I would expect that to change when breaking.
