But in the pictures it does appear to be parts wear among a couple of other problems that can easily be serviced to correct everything.
I usually have mine checked once a year, unless like you said hit something which could change it sooner. I just had mine checked, it had been a little over a year. There had been no change, no adjustment was needed. It had been done at the same dealership, and by the same tech because he even remembered that he had to put in the special camber bolt on the L/F the last time he did it.

Needless to say, you were way overdue, probably something you should have had done when you first purchased it, so you have a starting reference.

Have you ever replaced the tires, before now?

And how often were you rotating the tires? And were you doing the rotations or a shop?

Per the Owner's Manual, tire rotation should be done every 5,000 miles. Or you could also do it every other oil change, if you change the oil every 3,000 miles. Follow the rotation pattern in the manual.

If having a shop do it, any competent shop should have noticed the unusual tire wear and should have advised you to get an alignment. Many tire shops that have an alignment machine will also do a courtesy alignment with a new set of tires.

But stay on top of it now, and you should get much better tire wear.

Ware on the inside edge is often not noticed if not looking for it or during performing some other work. Personality I can't afford to drop $80 on a alignment if I don't see obvious issues.

Whenever I go to Goodyear, for whatever, not even tire related work, they always inspect the tires and take tread depth measurements on 3 areas across the tread, then this info in given to the customer on their invoice.

Many dealerships also do a "courtesy inspection" during the intake process, which often includes a tire inspection, because of course if they find a problem or issue, they want to sell you additional services.

I usually change my oil every 4,000 miles and rotate my tires on every other oil change (so every 8,000 miles). I have not had a problem with the tire wear until recently when the alignment was way off.
