Default need advice for wheels.

After making closer inspection of my lately acquired PT 2002 limited 95K
wheels on inside are in very bad condition, rusted pitted, chrome peeling
in large chunks, just about on every wheel.
I am getting new tires P205/55R16 "from a very goodyear"
and since work will be done in lower portion of the car will need to change wheels.
Looked around found this,
http://www.autorimshop.com/chrysler-pt-cruiser-2002-16-wheel-rim-2140.html?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIh_mIiJbJ1wIVw7XACh1X2A ZVEAQYASABEgIvR_D_BwE#product_tabs_description_tab bed
Read their company review, found no problems.

Also I looked at one big "rack of tires" which offer decent choice of wheels
at reasonable prices.

Question is, should it be "refurbished, almost brand new wheels" from first site, or go with new style, new wheels from 2 site.

Thank You.

Jack.

It helps when members fill out the user information sometimes so we at least know what country or state a member lives to advise them at times when they asked for help?

Check craigslist
Look for the little small tire wheel shops close to you. You can find them sometimes in craigs list or internet "tire and or wheel shops your area" .

Thank You for suggestion.
Will do my profile latter on.
I really don't care for Craigslist.
Prefer to purchase such important parts from reputable
place. Just my opinion especially when it comes to tires, wheels.
Thank you once again.
Jack.

When I upgraded on the PT, I just looked around and found someone that wanted to get rid of their GT wheels, turns out a friend of mine in Orlando was getting new wheels and was ready to dump his GT's.

For the Vette, I went online to TIRE RACK and upgraded to newer Z06 wheels with a tire package all-in-one. Sometimes you can save a bunch buy buying a whole package if you need to upsize on the tires and wheels together.

Your welcome.
Keep in mind these days....
Craigslist is just really another form of advertising even for Professional ,reputable and long time established business.

Even here in Northern California the BAR advertises on craigslist.

BAR = Bureau of Automotive Repair, Department of Consumer Affairs.
