Default Good Tire Suggestion?

It is about that time to have to start saving up for some new tires. I currently have GoodYear Eagles on it (they came on it when I bought them.)

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I vote for Michelin. Some have the HydroEdge, I got some mystery model thru Sears - have had them on about 35,000+ miles, still show hardly any wear, and I like them.

the only problem that I have with the hydro edge tires are that at least theones on mine you have tire noise from 40 to 55....otherwise it is a smooth riding tire...Michelin rates it a 10 out of 10 on quiet...but that is not the case....

I've been happy with Bridgestone Potenzas on my GT. Quiet, grippy, nice tread pattern...had to order them from Tire Rack but it was easy and fast.

JMACK ..... I personally have GOODYEARS on ALL my cars, whether foreign or domestic, my cars ride on GOODYEARS
I currently ride on GOODYEAR EAGLE RS-A's with a size of 225/45R17's for my 17" rims which does not alter the speedo, and I love 'em after 15k miles on them ~ never a problem. Best wishes on your search.
