I'm going to have the ft suspension apart to replace the springs, struts and torn bushings.
Should I replace the ball joints at the same time? My 2002 PT has 45K miles on it. Anything else I should look at while I got it apart. The boots look good. Thanks, Andy |

with the weight of the car on the tires grasp the grease fitting on the ball joint. if it moves around with a small amount of force the ball joint will need to be replaced. i got mine at the dealer and replaced the torn boots also. the new ball joints are dry and need to be greased.
