Does anyone have a pic of 2001 Limited rims?

No having any luck finding a single 17" GT rim, so looking at a complete set of 2001 Limited rims/tires. The seller does not have a picture, hoping someone in the forum can point me to one. He thinks they are 50 series stock tires, but I think they must be 55 series and a 16' rim,

I have read about the chrome problems, but hopefully these being in California they will not have been exposed to the harsh winters,

How much you willing to spend on a single 17" chrome rim? A search on the web shows around $300.00 each.

Tuff decision. Buy one 17" rim that I really want or get an entire new set that is so-so.
I did one quick search of OEM rims and the price was $266. Most likely no tax but shipping which would probably bring it up to $300. E-bay would be a different story, if you happen to find someone selling one. Are the 16" ones the ones with peeling problems? Don't have time to do a search on that but if they are, why bother. Again, tuff decision. For the cost of one rim you could probably get an entire set but what would you rather see on your Cruiser? Decision time.

Thanks all. You are all correct, about $250 plus $25 shipping for one 17" rim from a scrapper, or there is a local set of 16"'s with brand new tires that I think I can pick up for $350. I have been watching ebay for a single 17 with no luck, and have posted here and and on all the other PT boards. Heck, one guy bought a set of 3 17's from ebay and I emailed him hoping he would part with one, but no luck.

I like the look of the 17's, but the ride of the 16's. Unless something turns up in the next couple of days, I am going to head down to look at the set of 16's and if all looks good will pick them up. They are off a 2001 limited, and *might* develop a peeling problem, but here in San Francisco the winters are mild and if they show no sign of peeling yet I will cross my fingers.

I will keep the 17's for a bit and keep looking for a single, and may just swap'em out whenever I feel like it.

??????? Taylor, the 2001's came with either the the 15" steel wheels, or the 16" painted or chromed wheels. But, I do like your rims more than the stock ones. By the way, is that part of the moper body kit I see on the back of your car?

Nozzano22 and bigdogdad; the 01 16" wheels are "real" chrome, not "chrome-clad" like the 02'-05's. I would take a look at the classifieds forum, there was a guy who is selling a single 17" GT wheel for $100 plus shipping.

believe it or not, my rims are stock. My dad got the car special ordered from a factory and it came with the roof rack, spoiler, subwoofer and amp, and i dont know about the ground effects whatever.
