Alex,

You stock ride height will stay almost exactly as it is now as long as you abide by the Plus 1 rule which is: The aspect ratio (sidewall height)of the tire goes down one size as the wheel size goes up one size. If you had 16" wheels and going for the 18", then go for the Plus 2 rule.

Here's a link to explain it a little better.

P.S. No stupid questions here. Way better to ask what your not sure of than to find out you've screwed up after the fact.

wow those are some good prices...$89 bucks not bad. Here is another question will the ride change with the bigger wheels on my last car from 15's to 18's the ride sucked. I still want the smooth ride with the 18's and a small drop.

Going up two sizes wont give U a very good ride. I would call it very firm. Some would say it will be rough!! Some will say it is OK!! Your choice depends on how sensitive your butt is!![8)]

I was thinking about going with a set of drop zone springs/struts or should I stay with 17's? since they come factory in 17's now?

I would say keeping the stock springs and going to a plus 1 size should keep a descent ride for U!! You can buy good shocks and struts to enhance the handling if that is important and dont forget the strut bar for the front or bigger sway bars. If a great ride is really important look into air bags for the lowered look and descent ride. Or there is also coil overs from MOPAR. All are expensive options.
