ISO: Axle/Half-Shaft Left/Drivers Side Auto w/ABS

As the title says, i'm looking to replace a busted Half-Shaft for my Drivers Side it is an Automatic transmisison and has ABS. I have spent months and month and months trying to get anyone to hook me up with one... All the local and international parts stores can't get replacements at all!!! CarQuest, JK Autoparts, Advance Auto/Track Auto/Partsamerica.com, etc cannot get it. The dealer wants some upwards of $400 for a new one, no core refund of course... In my opinion it all comes down to this original problem which is the inner CV boot is pooly designed, it is a two piece construction that separates too easily from the inner gasket. In fact i had a junkyard line me up a replacement but come time to ship it he said it had experienced the same problem upon removal. [:I]

Oh well, i'm wondering if any of you driveshaftshop racing axle dudes might have a spare one lying around i could get off of you in trade for some money let me know!

PS: I'm not looking to spend $699+100 for a 500hp halfshaft from driveshaft shop... i don't even have a turbo... yet and when i do i'm not looking to push that many horsies... it's just my family ride, moderately pimped but it's begun clunking around right turns and i'm getting ready to go on a VA to FL trip soon [:0]
