Default Can't Get No Satifaction

I put in a note under exteior accessories/ bumper front and back. I got good advice on the forum. It has white edge marks that looks like tape residue. Sound like a no brainer lots of people with similar problem got their painted or replaced by dealer. I went back with this proof to manager, plus a picture of a cruiser on thier used car lot also a 2002 with same markings. The guy still wouldn't budge. Any suggestion on what to do next. I worry now about any furture problems how will they be delt with, this is just a little thing. Now principle is involved. Any advise would be appericated, I so frustrated right now I could just spit.
Thank sorry for the short venting.

stirfry, Call D/C tell them your dealer won`t talk to you about the bumpers.

Also go here and do a search for tape marks:

Read the thread below:

Main thing is to keep after DC to replace or paint your bumpers.

Call the Chrysler Regional Rep. That's how some others have found satisfaction. It is a problem that Chrysler has admitted was their fault.

Thanks guys. But I live over the big puddel in Maui, Hawaii. No regional rep here. No higher up's or big Kahuna I can talk to on the island, Like a 3 world in some ways. So any help were a rep would be or a Ph# would be appericated. Other than that problem I'm cruisen.

Go to Chrysler National. Hit the Chrysler Web site.

Owners manual or your window sticker has a 1800# on it. Have your VIN # ready

Good luck stirfry, I hope everything works out for you.
I'm glad I've got painted bumpers.Maybe that's why DC
started having painted bumpers in 03[:I]
