Just ordered the rear lowing springs from Moss (Gold Line) for the rear only. I think the front is low enough, (proof is under my front end from all the curbs is have hit.) I hope it will even the rack plus improve handling some. If you have don the same please post feedback, Thanks, Gary

Don't forget to post some pics when installed.
I'm sure you will be pleased with the handling once installed.

I think it may be QuicksilverDon who has done the same and has said that it has really helped him out.

Gary, I had both front and rears installed for $130 at a small local shop. Two places that specialize in tires/wheels/suspension each wanted $225-$250 to do all four. I waited while the local guy did all four for me, and the rears only took him about 15 minutes. I'm starting to think that I could have done the rears myself. I know it's really dicey trying to tell these guys how to do their job, but apparantly the installation of the rear springs is incredibly easy. I'm sure someone will come along and give you some instruction how to do it.
Other than that, I think $165 for literally 15 - 20 minutes of work is way out of line. If not, then I'm in the wrong game! |

Gary, you can do the rear yourself. It's really simple. Jack your car up, undo one of the bolts on your shocks, pull the old springs out and put the new springs in, reconnect your shocks. That's it.

I just had a set of Eibachs put on, and finding a good price was a treasure hunt. In order to have the four springs replaced and the car aligned was anywhere from $325 to as much as $600! I found a shop that does quite a bit of racing (import racers) work that did it for $180. It seemed that many places had never done that work before and where quoting the time it would take through a mech. book (1hr/spring x $75 labor + $70 alignment). Then again I do live in California were I'm cashing out $2.20 per gallon of gas[xx(]
