Default Saying Goodbye to Bob (DEF)

I was able to attend Bob's memorial, and the cruising community was well-represented. There were PT'ers from NY and PA ( Dave and Mary from Pittsburg drove 6 hours to get there), and of course, a big NJ contingent. It was just like a typical Bob Castronova cruise - plenty of Cruisers and it was raining! I'm sure Bob was chuckling over that one. He had a number of tiny PT cruisers near his head and I'm sure that would have made him happy too!

Judy seems tired, as you'd expect, but she's holding up pretty well. The rest of the family were lovely people too. They were warm, welcoming, and appreciative of the outpouring of caring coming in from Cruisers from all over. Judy and the rest of the family had put out a number of photo albums and a couple of collages of photos and in every one of them, Bob was smiling that great big familiar Bob Castronova smile. Judy said that she couldn't really find a photo where Bob wasn't smiling! That's just the type of person Bob was.

'Bye Bob, we're going to miss you!

Cruise on, buddy! [8)]

Thanks for representing us and paying respects.
