Default My 2004 LE shakes at 45 MPH

Hello
My new 2004 limited 5 speed shakes at 45 MPH.
I have 5000 miles on my new car (which was purchased 2/04)
Anyone have any ideas?
I am new to this forum and am thrilled to have found it.

Welcome, Frances.
Didn't just happen to have wheels rotated, did you?
If not, my guess is you lost a wheel weight. Have a tire place or Sears balance your tires.

I have a 03 TE with a 5 speed. I had a vibration at about that speed and they balanced my tires under warranty since I only had 2k miles and it took away the majority of the vibration. They have a slight vibration either way you go but, heavy is not normal. Good luck!

Get your tires and suspension checked out IMMEDIATELY. You may have a broken belt or other significant flaw in a tire.

5000 miles=still under warrantee! Drive it Slowly to your dealer...
