Default 5 Star service

I recently had a couple problems with my 03 PT (fuel pump gasket, air condition evap)and had to take it in twice. First time to find the problem and second time to replace the parts.
I've seen a lot of complaints about sevrice with Chrysler, I just wanted to say Thanks to SUMMIT Dodge in Helena MT. Both times I took it in they were very professional in letting me know the problems and repairs. They gave me a ride home and came and picked me up both times and repairs were made under warrenty at no cost or questions to me.
Just wanted to say Good Job, It's hard to find service like that anymore.[?]

Can't complain about my dealer, either - altho I never took it back, and now I have about 73,000 miles. The buying experience was so good, when my wife needed a new mini-van, went there and got a new Town & Country. There isn't the haggling that normally goes with a car purchase.
There were loose threads in the stiching of the driver's seat of the new van - they let us take delivery and ordered a new seat cover, notified us when it came in, and replaced it perfectly.
There are a few around.

Mine too. Eddie Accardi in Pompano Beach, Fl. I've had only 2 or 3 minor problems but they always take care of everything in a very professional manner.

Its good to hear that there are some real 5 star dealers out there. Of course my local 5 star doesn't even come close. The whole thing boils down to the owner and how he wants things to be run. Apparently you guys are dealing with that good owner. Its nice to be taken care of and not be taken.

We always have GREAT relations with Boniface-Hiers Motors in Merritt Island FL. They offer to take you home and pick you up if your vehicle will be there for a long period of time 3-4 hours. Have bought 2 vehicles from them, no pressure from salesmen.

The parts dept. could use a little help as they always promise to call when you order parts, but NEVER have called [xx(].

I still would give them *****!!!!

We've had our GT for a year now,and our dealer (Earnhardt, Chrysler,Jeep in Tempe on Baseline) has been great. We had it for about two weeks when the clutch went out. It was a recall. They had it 6 days. Everything has gone very well over this last year. They are a 5 to 6 star dealer!
