![]() I replaced the air filter on my '03 GT and noticed right away that it looked different. The OEM replacement part 1-04891176AA has 18 to 20 fewer filter columns than the one that the factory installed. [:X] O.K. so it doesn't really matter. It's just that the replacement won't last as long as the origional. Cruise On. |

As an alternative to the OEM replacement consider putting in a K&N next time. In the long-term, it will be more cost-effective (you never replace it & clean it yourself) and your engine will "breath better". Just my two cents. [8]

For the 03 and 04 GT the part number for the K&N high-flow air filter is 33-2153.
