Default RapidCraft is back!

I checked their link this morning (I don't know why I did...) [www.rapidcraft.com]. Looks like they will be back in business very soon.

Looks like we will get those body-colored PT accessories yet!

I was rooting for them - they seemed enthusiastic - hard to get a new business off the ground. Hope they make it this time.

Looks like they're planning on opening shop August 1st.
They had alot of good ideas, lets hope they do things
right this time. Per their website they say everything
will be stock this time around, not made to order. They're
on the right track.

But the made to order stuff was what most of us wanted..new items that nobody else would make. I have the center console and door inserts from them made in the Pewter color that NOBODY else made. I was looking forward to the idea that someone came up with of a small storage compartment in that useless space under the radio. Glad to see them back though...what I did get was really well made.

Just looked under their "Current Projects" and it looks like they will be making the "cubby cover" for that space I was talking about.

Crewzin, lets hope that what they say is the truth. "Nothing" will be
made to order. "Everything" will be stock. That would be great. I am looking foward to what they can offer in "shadow dot".

I was waiting on the Shadow Dot center dash console cover (machine cut rather than hand trimmed) when they closed. I would purchase one in a second if they offer it again. I hope, I hope, I hope.

I know some folks gave RapidCraft a wrath on some of the boards but I was pleased with the products I bought from them. Those of us with Shadow Dot interior found that they were the ONLY game in town and for that I will always admire them for seeing a need and meeting it. They matched the Shadow Dot perfectly.

Your kidding. I thought that place sold nothing but trivial plastic junk for this car. Plastic screw covers for the door panel? Come on.

Graphite,

Your definitely in the minority here. There quite a few of us that got and received (while they were in business) things that no-one else was making in colors (Pewter/Shadow Dot) that no-one else had. The center console cover and door inserts that I got were well made.
