I need to replace the airbag clock spring on my '07 Cruiser. Local Chrysler dealers are way too EXPENSIVE. Can anyone suggest a good online source?
Thanks. |

With the number of things controlled by the clock spring, not to mention, getting pass the air bag--getting the Chrysler Shop to repair it could be a good investment down range.
Some one just went trough this with a steering column replacement--used parts are sometimes rather tricky and can be more expensive in the long run. Happy Hunting! |

Why do you need a clock spring? When my horn stopped working, I was told mine needed a clock spring. Dealer said that wouldn't fix the problem. Tried to sell me a whole airbag assembly. Claimed that was the only way to fix the horn. Had a local machanic look at it and all he did was clean off some contact pins and only charged me $49. Dealer wanted $600 for the airbag.
