Salvage yard visit yesterday. First time in two years. Found everything I was lookin' for.
It's close to a half mile walk to the Chrysler section. But using a supplied wheel barrow for stability, I was able to keep my balance.
Long walk to Chrysler section, viewed from exiting office building.

View from back of Chrysler section. It seemed longer on the way back.

Replacement drivers door seal. (I'd worn the edge of the old one rubbing against it getting in and out of driver's seat.)
Turbo air cleaner box. (When installed I'll have complete access to red top gel type battery posts.)
Matching material for passenger seat repair.
Assortment of fuses and Cool Vanilla White shifter knob.

Late model left rear turn signal for my brother Scott's 06 Vert.

Might be time to change the battery....

The little black Mosquitoes I encountered in Duluth Minnesota were the worst I have even been bitten by.
And Duluth has 10 months of winter!

They were even worst that the eastern seaboard salt water marsh mosquitoes!

The black flies (ouch) in northern Michigan are so big they could be the State Bird.

Winter is over, time for rust repair. The left rear fender at the wheel well lip had bubbled up. Stuck a screwdriver at it and yikes, it went through. Anyway, cut out the bad stuff and filled the gap with 1/4" screen and applied body filler.
Next step(s) is the sanding and skimming and sanding, etc. to get it ready for paint.

Took the Panel PT to the local "materials" yard yesterday for some sandy loam for the flower beds and yard. (trash can full).
Forgot...OH! It had rained the day before!

Mud in the wheel wells like it was snow packed!
Most of it fell off on the way home.

But, I did the self-serve car wash today to clean up my little truck!
