Default Adding power accessory plug to base model

I have acquired a 2004 base model PT. I would like to add the always on power accessory plug to the dash - on the row where the rear wipers & defrost switches are. The hole is already there, just need to pop the cover off and insert the plug.

The question is, before I tear everything apart, is the wiring and plug present for the outlet or will I need to run wires to do this? The plugs were present to add fog lights to the car.

I have pulled the cover off were the outlet goes but could not see any plug with the limited view through it.

Thanks

I added the power outlet on my 2004 using an OEM outlet sourced from a salvage yard.
The dash wiring harness in my car had the necessary wiring and connector.
I do not remember if the fuse box was wired hot or not.

Sadly Covid ate all my notes, postings and pictures.
You can do it.

The plug was there, the reason I could not see it through the hole where the accessory plug mounts was that it was folded back, zip-tied and taped to the wiring harness - probably to keep it from rattling. I ended up removing the radio to be able to get my hand in there and still see what I was doing to cut the zip tie and un-tape the wire. Other than that, it went smoothly, about half an hour overall from start to finish.

Thanks for everyone's help.
