I had they day off so I did some research on national law firms who do class action suits. One firm has already beat Chrysler before on a mimivan problem. They also won a case against Nissan. This is not all they have done but they have done auto class actions before. Sent them some info and they said they would get back with me and I will Post their reply.

I've heard all of this before. The fact is DC stopped putting the Real Stabilizer Bar on the window stickers. Does this mean that they stopped putting in that twist bar on the axle! Of course not! The rear twist bar in the axle was on my 2001 Ltd and it also had a real rear stabilizer bar. My GT said rear stabilizer bar, but no such luck. There is a GT owner in Arizona that was lucky enough to have his dealer install the "missing parts", i.e. the rear stabilizer bar and parts. I have a copy on his invoice for work done. It was approved by Chrysler and the parts are labeled missing parts and was done at no charge. If this isn't eveidence of the fraud committed on all other owners who can't get the work done, than I don't know what is.

[}]Want to take some ACTION on this????
Go to: www.petitiononline.com and start a petition!

Mini owners did it.....and Mini now will provide a kit that
makes the rear fog light FUNCTIONAL. Wouldn't expect DC to
provide the same customer service, but it is worth starting one!

Out of all the Cruiser owners out there has anyone ever thought of a Class Action Suit against DC for selling a product that is not complete as stated by the bill of lading/window sticker? I'm sick and tired of paying for something and then not getting it. What I am alluding to is the rear sway bar that has been talked about in previous threads.
Chrysler Corporation is well known for building cars and trucks with problems that linger on well past the alloted warranty period, then the buyer is stuck with the repairs.
Someone out there has to be an attorney, or have one in the family that may have some insight into such a suit. These types of problems will continue to persist unless the public takes it upon themselves to change it.
I'm just sick and tired of spending hard earned money and coming up on the short end.
Phil

definitely count me in. ive gone round and round with my dealer and im still out my sway bar
