I would suggest looking for the factory manual for your 2004 GT. I am finding that the PCM is different between the years up to 2005 on the first generation.
Post what you find out.

Never mind I found the pins to mine, they were in the orange connector not the black. My signal wires to the coil are good. Going to test the crank and cam sensor next.

Mine is actually a 2003 I tried to edit the title but it won't let me. It was the orange connector not the black. All the shop manuals I seen said it was black.

I just did a compression test yesterday also. Engine was cold and every cylinder was 160 psi.

I had the muti miss fire code, i redid the seals for it, spark plus wires coil pack,
as it turned out my seals were bad and leaking oil into it,
Bosh spark plugs iridium work fine,
the dealer told me since the code came back the other day, idk it might be a bad injector,
I also know bad injectors can throw a o2 code i have one on my car is a permanent Feature, lol, Ive also herd this is due to a bad pcm ,

Any way might be a injector , if you redid the seals, as far as the intake goes im not sure i have a 03 gt, and its got 4 or 5 bolts that hold, it,
O.o check you hoses i all most forgot some of my were bad and throwing codes 2,
Also putting a cold air intake if you have one you could have pooped a hose off, some were, mine did that Didn't have it pushed far enough up,

What kind of seal did you use, are you sure you seated them right, I did both my intake and valve covers gaskets, If with a brand new seal , i still get a tiny amount of oil inside the boot from time to time,

Im no expert Tho,

Sorry, So it was your pcm throwing the code ?

did you tighten them down in sequence and vie dont a value cover on a pt, its really easy for this car,
I had the same probl on my 03 gt, the vc was leaking so i changed it with the felxra, seal , its blue and new rings, fixed half te problems on my car with that alone,

the sequence is 1 , that just above the c in dohc 2 cent top, 3 center lower,
4 far left 5 far right, 6 top far left 7 top far right, 8 bottom far left 9 bottom far right, Calling the top of the intake closest to your fir wall and the bottom closest to your radiator,

valve cover bolts are 40 in lbs nm 4.5 step one
step 2 . 80 in lbs 9nm ,
and step 3 is 105 lbs 12 nm

dont forget get your rtv sealant into the corners of the number 1 and 6 cam shafts, I did this cuz i put new cams in mine,
Crower Camshafts, 03-05 Neon SRT-4/ 01-10 PT / GT Cruiser
I dont know what you want to spend but i redid the sensors at that point 2,
