Default Missing hose

Hey guys...I could use some help. I noticed yesterday when under the hood that I appear to be missing a hose. There is a connector on the side of the air filter housing, but nothing connected to it. It looks to be about 1/2" in diameter. Can anyone show a picture of what should be there and where it goes? This is on my 2005 PT GT 2.4L HO Turbo. Many thanks in advance.

that would be #4 here. it goes to the valve cover "make up air hose"

https://www.moparpartssource.com/a/C...2219238.html#4

on my non turbo, i just replaced the broken hose with a foot of vaccum line run in a circle like an upside down cursive 'e'. -cheap and prevented kinking

it redirects the oil vapor, moisture, and any fuel that evaporates from the oil back into the intake tract so it gets sucked the engine and burned. it helps with emissions(not exhaust emissions, just fumes your car gives off), it helps with you not occasionally smelling oil, it helps keep the engine bay clean. it prevents debris from entering the engine. it might add 0.000000000002 mpg and HP since oil vapor and fuel are both flammable.

some people add an oil catch can there, some people (kids/ricers) put a breather filter on the valve cover where the hose starts. i think the idea is that without the oil/fuel vapor going back in the intake, the inside of the intake stays cleaner. my opinion is that both of these ideas are stupid and a waste of time. i would just replace the hose.

Inside the air box, is there a small filter in place?

It's the make up filter and looks like this:

I have looked at so many parts diagrams and this part number looks like the best option - 04884289AE

Can anyone double check me on this? 2005 GT

I just want to be sure before I order the part.
