I am going to have to keep you in mind in the future. It seems like I need to replace my entire system. after 21 years, it would be nice to get it to all work again.

Hey do you know of a way to fix the issue with the 04 ecu flashed to stage 1 in my 03 gt. I had one from fwd for years and its memory fried so I ordered an 04 gt ecu and sent it to Sykes ecu running. Just installed it and now getting the p0481 code and the fan is running full speed.. I never had that with the other one.. and ideas please. thank you.

Hi Mike - This is JRR if you have a moment to see my post today re engine wont shut off unless I remove one of the the fan relays. 2006 Base PT - 2 relays on the fire wall mounted separate from fuse box. Remove key and it is still running. Last year replaced with a new PCM, Ignition switch, crank sensor. Car still runs smooth, idles smooth, A/C, fan, radio, windows, lights all work. Just wont shut down after turning off key and removing it. No issues for last 12 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Myckee......I signed up to the forum especially to touch base with you! I'm in Dire Straights, the Don Mills area of Toronto. I need a PCM! All the symptoms on the 2005 2.4L turbo. I can manage to do the the work myself I think. I'm dependent on the car for mobility and I'm also dealing with financial and housing issues, so if you or other PTers can get back to me about something quick and cheap I'd appreciate it! I'm having similar random issues as others. Car runs fine for days, then sputters and dies (p0032, p0038, p0201, p0202, p0203, p0204), but after off for a short time (10-15 mins), car runs normal again. Saw your comment in a thread regarding testing a PCM (http://www.ptcruiserlinks.com/forum/...huts-down.html). Would you be able to do do that for me?
