I had my 2001 (big bad blue booming pt,) that I turbo n nos. But blew the motor racing a vet. It sat for 3 years as I paid it off and I bought a 2006 convertible turbo that was wrecked. In 2008. I took almost everything off the 2001and transplanted it onto the 2006. I did it race white first. Then did a rat rod in a few different looks. Now it's being rebuilt again Blue Matt and is being lifted 3 inches to run aggressive tires like a rally car. I rebuilt both bumpers . I'm redoing the meth tank . And rebuilding the front suspension for the 4th time.
Here's a tiktok vid of the progression threw the years. It's a bit out of order. Have fun.

Ran into someone, who made a PT. Cruiser into into a rat rod. I must say it
looked pretty cool. Him and wife belong to low rider club.

I plan on replacing springs and struts this spring. I think the convert would look better with a nice drop and some new shoes. Plus a new exhaust system. I parted out a convertible about 6 months ago and have a really nice leather interior out of a GT convert(150.00 for everything) and plan to install that as well.
