Not off the shelf no, but you can get a device that plugs into the 6 disk changer socket to which you can add a bluetooth device. This does work, as I've had it for the last 3 years

Just buy a new head unit off of Crutchfield or wherever.

I picked up a Pioneer DEH-X7800BHS, have audio input, flash drive input, plays .mp3s off of CDRs, bluetooth for my phone, separate bluetooth for passenger's phones, HD radio, and RDS compliant.

The 2006 07 08 09 Pt Cruiser Radios are satellite ready head units, there is a free 10 pin plug on the back side and a mode button to active that input,
If you don't have the satellite option, the port can be used to add an auxiliary audio input interface that allows to input 2 audio sources to the Chrysler radio

That's the adaptor that I have and it works great!
